Scalar Drag Emerence Framework (SDEF): A Cascaded Recursive Transport Architecture presents a formal organizational framework in which higher-order structure emerges from recursive transport dynamics rather than from primitive geometric or particle-based assumptions. The framework begins with four irreducible organizational roles—Gradient Density, Persistence, Loop Integrity, and Ancestry Compression (GPLA)—which generate a coherence field, memory field, transport conductivity, and a primitive recursive transport PDE system. From these foundations emerge order parameters, mesoscopic diagnostics, corridor organization, effective transport geometry, geodesic transport structure, regime topology, and the cosmology attractor. Rather than proposing a replacement for established physical theories, SDEF is formulated as a parallel organizational framework whose emergent sectors may phenomenologically converge with familiar physical descriptions under appropriate regimes. This work is architectural rather than exhaustive. Its primary objective is to formalize the dependency structure of the SDEF cascade and identify the foundational recursive transport generator from which higher-order organizational sectors may emerge.
