This paper proposes a layered collection device for atmospheric particulates with an extremely simple structure. The core component is an insulating tube placed at an incline. A metal sheet electrode is affixed along the full length of its top inner wall and powered by a direct-current negative high voltage. Dust particles entering the tube undergo automatic stratification and size-graded collection under the synergistic action of a single-side-confined asymmetric electrostatic field and an inclined gravitational field: lighter particles are captured near the top electrode, while heavier particles settle at the bottom of the tube. This device serves the dual functions of air filtration and the resource collection of multi-size-range particulate matter. It has no moving parts, no filter mesh, and requires no counter electrode. It is provided as open science hardware for researchers to freely replicate and improve.
