rdf12conv is a lightweight Python command-line tool and importable module for parsing, validating, converting, and serializing RDF 1.2 data across N-Triples, N-Quads, Turtle, and TriG. The implementation is self-contained, batch-oriented, and in-memory; it does not require rdflib for runtime conversion, which makes it suitable for small to medium RDF files, lightweight automation pipelines, regression tests, standards-oriented validation, and educational use rather than very large RDF dumps or high-throughput ingestion. The software supports both graph-level and dataset-level workflows, including explicit policies for lossy dataset-to-graph projections. Version 0.3.0 was validated against W3C RDF 1.1/1.2 manifest tests for all four supported formats, and it is distributed on PyPI as the rdf12conv package.
