Current cosmological models are trapped in a state of "epicyclic" refinement, relying on a forward-problem approach that treats the observer as a neutral witness and necessitates the proliferation of non-geometric auxiliary parameters. This paper establishes that the existence of Science is strictly contingent upon an Extrinsic Source (S) and a Projection Operator () of absolute integrity. We propose the Absolute Relativity Conjecture (ARC), defining the Unified Universe (U) as the Fundamental Inverse Problem of Observation. By replacing the descriptive adjustment of perceived effects with the Structural Synthesis of, we identify persistent anomalies—such as dark energy, gravity, and the dimensional surplus of mass (kg) and temperature (K) —not as independent physical entities, but as perspective residues of a differential scaling gradient between the Unified Universe (U) and the observer (O). The resolution of this synthesis reveals reality as a single, continuous Morphology of Deformation, providing a rigorous path to decouple physical laws from the intrinsic bias of the observational scale.
