The Bilobular Collision Model (BCM) is an alternative anisotropic cyclic cosmology framework proposing that the observable universe originated from the near-relativistic collision of two Ultra-Massive Black Holes (UMBHs), each carrying approximately 40% of the previous cosmological cycle's total mass. This concise version presents the model's physical foundations, seven observational constraints compatible with the BCM, and six specific falsifiable predictions testable against ΛCDM with instruments already built or funded. No dark matter particles, dark energy fields, or inflationary mechanisms are required.
