This paper is archived as a speculative research work. This paper develops the scalar-field origin of the finite electric-charge class in Entanglement Algebraic Spacetime (EAS). Charge is not introduced as a primitive scalar value, scalar sign, current, gauge field, photon, force, or spacetime field. It is identified as the conserved exterior full-cycle compression of handedness-induced second-order ordering (SOO) response from coherent bounded supports. A coherent handed support induces a three-channel exterior source report rhoH on coherent exterior receivers, and the unique additive, cyclically invariant, completed-support-normalized compression of this report gives the finite charge class Qₕat = CQ (rhoH). The paper further distinguishes charge sign from relationship strength: charge sign is support-handedness orientation, while interaction strength is the degree of coherent relational-path participation. Opposite-handed overlap restores local handedness balance and can pass into handedness-insensitive SOO recurrence; same-handed overlap creates local handedness imbalance and is read at the interface as repulsion-facing. The same source report can be organized into a finite report-level exterior source-response equation, and its compressed charge class enters a finite Maxwell-form report equation. When Qₕat is inserted into the EAS finite QED spectral skeleton and paired with the spacetime spectral triple in the NCG construction, it supplies the finite charge-class input for the Maxwell/QED source equation. The result gives a scalar-field account of charge class, sign, additivity, conservation, finite Maxwell-form source structure, and photon-like mediation; it does not derive the empirical coupling e, the fine-structure constant, continuum spacetime, scattering amplitudes, or the full quantized QED path integral.
