: This system has built-in sensors like gas detectors, flame sensors, and heart rate monitors that automatically find dangers at work and keep an eye on the wearer's vital signs based on the environment and their own body. The prototype combines a Raspberry Pi microcontroller, relay drivers, and alert modules to make a solution that is cheap, uses little energy, and is easy to use. It makes sure that workers and supervisors follow safety rules at work, such as the Automatic Hazard Alert (AHA), while also making the workplace safer, easier to monitor in real time, and more convenient for everyone. The Wearable Hazard Detection Garment is made to automatically handle all safety monitoring tasks without the need for manual operation. The system keeps an eye on the levels of environmental hazards all the time using built-in gas sensors and flame detectors. It then sends out alerts or emergency signals based on the conditions around it. This feature is especially helpful in places like factories, construction sites, chemical plants, or when responding to an emergency where the level of danger changes quickly. A heart rate and SpO2 sensor is used to find unusual physiological signs in the wearer. If this happens, emergency notifications are sent out automatically to let supervisors or response teams know. The system can also work with a GPS module to send the wearer's location over GSM. This makes sure that smart safety rules are followed and that emergency responders can get to the scene quickly.
