This paper presents saturation within the first system of Kasei-Theory as a non-modal readability maintainability architecture. The paper does not propose a theory of fullness, completed concentration, maximal integration, terminal density, energetic completion, finalized configurational fulfillment, completion theory, or transcendental saturation. Instead, it fixes saturation, configurational exposure saturation, configurational differentiation, local maintainability, unreadability, formal saturation, and non-totality as distributed structural positions within constrained local readability maintainability. Saturation is not treated as fullness, completion, or maximality, but as constrained configurational exposure saturation under which differentiation remains locally exposed without completed closure, universal completion, terminal density, or total configurational integration. Saturation does not establish fullness. Saturation does not establish completion. Saturation does not establish terminal configurational stabilization. Saturation does not establish maximality. Saturation remains fixed only as constrained configurational exposure saturation within readability maintainability.
