Technical Framework_ The Recursive Harmonic Codex (RHC) for Unified Field Synthesis

The Recursive Harmonic Codex (RHC) proposes a unified computational–physical architecture in which reality emerges from a discrete 24-bit quaternionic substrate, corresponding to the Leech Lattice (Δ24₂₄Δ24) and governed by the Null Ledger Identity, the supreme zero-sum conservation law of the vacuum.
