Trophoblast cell surface antigen 2 (TROP2) is a recognized therapeutic target in non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC). The normalized membrane ratio (NMR) is a quantitative measure of TROP2 immunohistochemical (IHC) expression generated by the TROP2 (EPR20043) NSCLC RUO (research use only) algorithm under pathologist supervision. NMR has emerged as a potential predictive score for assessing NSCLC patient response to a TROP2-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). Here we build on previous data on inter-reader concordance by presenting reproducibility of the complete TROP2 (EPR20043) NSCLC RUO workflow and device in real-world laboratory settings, in alignment with the recent ESMO AI biomarker guidelines.
