This paper proposes Identity-first Universal AI Agent (IUAA), a novel architecture in which a personal AI agent is anchored not to any device, platform, or cloud service, but to the individual person — embodied in a cryptographic key carried as a wearable ring. The ring authenticates identity, holds encrypted memory and context, and invokes a lightweight personal AI agent across any network-connected surface: home, vehicle, appliance, PC, or smartphone. Heavy inference is delegated to external AI services (such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini, as well as local AI models) without surrendering ownership of memory or identity. A peer-to-peer prompt-routing layer — the P2P Prompter — decomposes, routes, and critiques queries without retaining data, ensuring stateless AI agent processing. This architecture disrupts OS-level platform lock-in, establishes data sovereignty for the individual, and mirrors the structural breakthrough of Bitcoin — providing decentralized currency — by providing a decentralized personal AI agent.
