ABSTRACT This paper introduces the 2T framework, a topological model defining the 4D observed universe as a manifested projection of a 1D complex temporal field (the Zeta-plane). Structured as a Riemann staircase, vector-like interactions within the active "Now-step” generate coherent knots, facilitating the transition from temporal data to volumetric reality. Through the imaginary Chi-axis, loose-coherent knots project as waves, while high-coherent knots fixed on the real axis manifest as particles. To resolve incompatibilities between General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics, we implement the specific angular momentum (h/M) as a universal operator. This operator ensures continuity across Planck-scale limitations by unifying wave-particle manifestations within a singular, non-local temporal architecture where spatial distance is an emergent rendering of field synchronization.
