This article analyzes modern approaches to the prevention of autovenous graft occlusion after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). The methodological basis includes a comparative analysis of scientific literature and a conceptual synthesis of practical recommendations. The results of the review indicate that the integration of antiplatelet therapy, lipid-lowering treatment, optimization of vein conduit harvesting techniques, and strategies for dynamic follow-up contribute to improved patency of venous grafts. The presented work contributes to the development of a practice-oriented algorithm for the prevention of venous graft occlusion after CABG.
