This paper formalizes the discovery of a stable terminal pre-cascade regime within a fixed engineering channel branch. Moving away from traditional air-propagation models, the work introduces a framework based on a dimensionless elastic medium. The central result is the localization of a maximum interpretable output immediately preceding the cascade onset, yielding a reproducible output-to-reference ratio of approximately 52×.The disclosure is intentionally conducted in a black-box format: while the internal generative geometry and the "primary law" of the 195–203 steps remain proprietary, the article provides a complete protocol for observing and verifying the terminal amplification invariant. This result challenges linear limits of energy concentration and establishes a new empirical baseline for non-linear regime restructuring in bounded families of admissible forms.
