The study examines how the adoption of modern technology influences employees training efficiency within organization. The analysis reveals those digital training tools such as e-learning platforms, Learning Management system (LMS), and mobile-based learning significantly enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of training programs. The results indicates that employees show a positive response towards technology-enabled learning, particularly in terms of improving technical skills,knowdelge retention, and overall job performance, Mean analysis highlight that work-related learning and skill development received the highest agreement among respondents, demonstrating the practical value of digital training methods. Furthermore, the findings confirm that technology-based training encourages greater employee’s engagement due to its flexible and ease of access. However, statistical analysis such as ANOVA shows that demographic factors like age and gender do not have a significant impact on training efficiency ,suggesting that the benefits of technology adoption issues, the study concludes that effective use of technology in training leads to improved learning outcomes, increased productivity, and supports continuous employee development in organization.
