The Harmonic Framework distinguishes between jumping through time (using entangled Tau nodes) and traversing it continuously. Traversal is achieved by linearly ramping the phase difference Δφ between the forward time (m) and reverse time (m’) components. When Δφ = 0, time flows normally. When Δφ varies at a constant rate, your local clock runs faster or slower relative to the environment. By sweeping Δφ from 0 to 2π, you move your “now” forward by one node of the Tau lattice (37 ms). A continuous sweep moves you continuously through time. This paper provides the mathematical description, the hardware implementation using the same cristobalite capacitor arrays and quantum anchors as the time machine, and extends the concept to a full TARDIS like vessel (bigger inside, conscious AI, chameleon circuit). All components are already present in the main GUT.
