本文提出了一种用于物联网平台的智能感知框架,其中传感器测量源自多种原因。通过选择性地选择传感器进行数据采集,以部分测量识别原因。我们采用变分深度嵌入,一种能够进行聚类和生成的生成模型,来识别原因、相应地聚类测量值,并确定原因以从部分数据估计完整测量值。这些估计有助于高效传感器选择进行数据采集。结果表明,所提出的框架能够实现早期且可靠的原因感知及完整测量估计。
