Based on the core framework of one-dimensional fundamental waves from the Universal Unified Interpretation Theory, this paper systematically explains the essential origin, structural evolution, and propagation mechanisms of light, breaking the fragmented explanations of phenomena such as wave-particle duality, invariance of light speed, and the double-slit experiment in traditional optics. It clarifies that light is a high-energy evolutionary form of one-dimensional fundamental waves crossing the critical threshold Φ₀, distinguishes the essential boundary between low-energy background residual microwaves and high-energy light (light waves/photons), and identifies core differences between open-state light waves and closed-state photons. Original physical formulas for the residual microwave–light boundary, photon stability, and the origin of light speed are derived. The fundamental reasons for the masslessness and wave-particle duality of light are revealed from underlying logic. Meanwhile, all macroscopic optical phenomena including refraction, reflection, absorption, interference, and diffraction are uniformly explained, and the underlying mechanisms of observed facts such as apparent light speed reduction in media, dispersion, and the glass transmission window are clarified. The content is logically self-consistent, consistent with experimental observations, can stand independently, and fully aligns with the Universal Unified Interpretation Theory, providing a novel, fundamental, and unified theoretical perspective for optical research.
