Digital technologies have advanced at a rapid pace in India and banks, financial institutions are gearing towards rendering support for digital banking services, which has facilitated them to be innovative. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to explore customers' perception of digital banking activities and determine the drivers that influence acceptance and usage of these activities in the Indian banking space.
