使用遗传算法实现入侵检测系统

Abstract

入侵检测中采用了多种方法，但遗憾的是，到目前为止没有任何系统是完全无瑕疵的。因此，改进的探索仍在继续。在此进程中，我们提出了一种入侵检测系统（IDS），通过应用遗传算法（GA）高效检测各种类型的网络入侵。详细讨论并实现了GA的参数和进化过程。该方法利用进化论的信息进化以过滤流量数据，从而降低复杂性。为了实现和评估系统性能，我们使用了KDD99基准数据集，并获得了合理的检测率。
