摘要:为解决工程噪声问题,本研究探讨制备一种性能优异的新型聚氨酯声学复合材料。羟基化的多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)被涂覆于TC4空心球(TC4 HS)上,制备出TC4-MWCNTs双层空心球(TC4-MWCNTs DHS)。随后采用聚合物浇铸法制备聚氨酯/TC4-MWCNTs DHS复合材料(PU/TC4-MWCNTs DHS),其中TC4-MWCNTs DHS作为填料,聚氨酯树脂作为基体。与PU/TC4 HS相比,PU/TC4-MWCNTs DHS在1000、2000、3000、4000、5000和6000 Hz频率下声传输损失(STL)分别提高了53.6%、42.6%、37.6%、33.6%、34.0%和40.7%。PU/TC4-MWCNT DHS的声吸收性能亦优于PU/TC4,在6300 Hz处最大吸声系数达到0.88。性能提升归因于双层结构形成多个界面,增强声波反射,及中空管状MWCNTs内部进一步反射声波,延长其传播路径。
