Abstract

This technical manuscript establishes the engineering parameters for a zero-latency communication protocol within the Resonant Vacuum Architecture (RVA) framework. Utilizing the Davidenko Absolute (₀ = 766. 490234 nm) and the 0. 12\% Topological Shift, the protocol treats the vacuum lattice as a single coherent holographic manifold. It defines the mathematical conditions for instantaneous phase-state coordination across macroscopic distances with a theoretical throughput of 1. 4 Petabits/sec. Verified for internal coherence (Audit Rating: 8. 7/10).
