传统的分类器设计方法常面临两个矛盾目标——一方面是开发任意复杂的决策边界以适应特定问题,另一方面是约束这些边界的复杂度以避免对训练数据过拟合。近期分析表明,该矛盾可通过基于可投影元素构建分类器来解决,可投影元素是对训练和测试数据均表现良好的弱判别器。基于此分析,我们提出了一种可以构建任意复杂度分类器同时保持泛化准确率的方法。
