Abstract

This work introduces the Voigtian Field Theory, a conceptual hypothesis proposing that operational stability in complex systems can be understood as a distributed temporal phenomenon. The theory defines an abstract operational field in which decisions, systemic load, and optimization processes influence structural coherence and the continuity trajectory of systems over time. By treating time as a finite operational resource, the proposed model aims to provide a theoretical foundation for anticipating instability dynamics, understanding the dissipation of future capacity, and supporting preventive governance strategies in digital infrastructures and other high-complexity environments. The paper presents an initial conceptual formulation intended to stimulate scientific discussion, future mathematical formalization, and empirical validation through experimental observability platforms.
