Abstract

Finally this study makes an important contribution to the continuing discussion about the sustainability of healthcare for the elderly. The combination of AI-driven methodologies, the Fuzzy VIKOR technique and EHR data offers a promising approach to improving therapy selection in the setting of precision medicine. By accepting personalised healthcare recommendations, this study anticipates a future in which elderly people's unique characteristics and preferences are central to decision-making processes, maintaining not only better patient outcomes but also the long-term viability and sustainability of healthcare services for the elderly.
