Artificial intelligence (Al) is being actively introduced into organizational environments with the aim of boosting employees’ skills, performance, and working productivity. The widespread adoption of AI systems in the learning processes contributes to the liberation of access to workplace learning, which leads to improved learning quality and effectiveness. Generally, the integration of Al offers many opportunities to improve the efficiency of management as well as learning.
