Abstract

Use of powder compositions of experimental composition as a material for gas-flame spraying is considered. According to the results of the conducted studies, rational modes of spraying of the developed powder composition were established: spraying distance 200 mm, particle size of powders 60 μm, coating melting temperature 1000°C. When they are used, the adhesion strength of coatings is 224 MPa, microhardness 7820 MPa. Wear resistance of working bodies of tillage machines having these coatings on cutting-blade surfaces increases in average in 1.4–1.9 times depending on soil type.
