Abstract

This article examines the issues of developing speech culture among primary school students through the use of innovative educational technologies. Particular attention is paid to the importance of digital tools, interactive teaching methods, and multimedia resources in the development of both oral and written speech of young learners. The study analyzes pedagogical conditions that contribute to improving the level of communicative competence and identifies effective approaches to organizing the educational process. The research results demonstrate that the implementation of modern technologies has a positive impact on students’ communication skills, enhances their cognitive activity, and contributes to the formation of грамотная, well-structured speech.
