Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) has experienced a significant change due to the groundbreaking advancements introduced by artificial intelligence (AI). This study investigates the transformation of HRM in an AI- centric landscape, highlighting the shift from traditional approaches to data- informed, technologically sophisticated decision- making processes. Integrating AI into HR functions has enhanced efficiency and customization by optimizing hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee involvement. However, these advancements also raise organizational, social, and ethical issues.
