Abstract

This paper (PP-09) establishes the ontological foundations of META Physics (M. E. T. A.: Multi-dimensional Emergence Theory of Actuality) — the philosophical axioms, conceptual classifications, and mathematical structures underlying the framework that derives the ORIGIN of physical phenomena from the uniform rotation of B⁴ (R). Key results, all derived with zero free parameters: (I) Primacy of Substance Axiom (PSA): Substance precedes measurement, observation, and relation. Measurability ≠ Being. This axiom opposes relational ontologies. (II) Trichotomy of Physical Quantities: Property (observer-invariant, substance-intrinsic: mass, charge, spin, α, centripetal acceleration) / Attribute (substance-attributed, observer-dependent: energy, momentum) / Relation (frame-only: velocity, position, force). (III) Dimension Emergence: θ = 90° is the unique collision angle preserving radius and closure, producing a 2D disk with constitutive uniform rotation. The ontological leap — substance first possesses a Property (centripetal acceleration) — occurs at two dimensions.
