Abstract

This paper establishes a rigorous, self-consistent, and hierarchically structured pure logical system based on the ontological principle of Being–Non-Being coupling and the dynamic criterion that the growth rate is moderately greater than the dissipation rate. Logic is redefined not as an abstract formal tool, but as the inherent hierarchical law of existence and cosmic evolution. The theory comprises primordial logic, four-dimensional cosmic logic, and local closed logic, forming a complete axiomatic system with strict geometric constraints and dynamic stability conditions. The 45° conical geometric constraint serves as the unique foundational structure guaranteeing logical consistency, cosmic stability, and local completeness. This paper demonstrates that logical necessity and cosmic reality are synchronously generated, mutually constrained, and unified in essence. The system possesses clear falsifiability and conforms to the strictest norms of scientific logic.
