Yoga, recognized for its holistic benefits, has been widely adopted in healthcare, workplaces, and education, promoting mindfulness, stress reduction, and emotional balance. The Mahakumbh Mela, as the largest religious gathering, symbolizes faith, unity, and cultural diplomacy, attracting millions of devotees and international visitors. Both significantly contribute to India's soft power, strengthening its cultural identity and diplomatic outreach. The study also explores the connection between yoga and pilgrimage, highlighting their shared goal of inner purification and transcendence. While yoga fosters self-awareness and enlightenment, pilgrimage represents devotion and surrender, with the Mahakumbh Mela offering spiritual seekers collective rituals and sacred experiences.
