Abstract

Sleeping is essential for overall well-being. This study evaluates the effectiveness of sleep hygiene intervention on sleep quality and daytime functioning among undergraduate nursing students. A quasi-experimental design was used. Results showed significant improvement after intervention, indicating its effectiveness.
