The Science of «abay Studies» and the Recognition of Abay by Chinese Kazakhs

The article analyzes the works of the first scientists who laid the foundations and laid the foundation for the formation of the science of «Abaiology». In addition, the article provides information on the study of Abai, collection, publica- tion of Abai's works. The influence of Abai's works on the growth of political con- sciousness, education and spiritual wealth of the Kazakhs of China is emphasized. Information is provided not only about the promotion of Abai's heritage among Chi- nese Kazakhs, but also about Father Kunanbai's visit to the Chinese land. They also pay attention to data on visits by Alash figures A. Baitursynovich, M. Dulatov, S. Amanzholov, R. Marsekov Shaueshek on Chinese soil, meetings with Kazakhs, prop- aganda about Abai, Alasha. It took more than a century before Kazakh poets and writers appreciated Abai and developed the science of «Abai studies». Today, the science of «Abaiology» is the basis of science. The attentive reader looks at the researchers of the science of «Abaiology» in a new way. In particular, China is expressing ideas to continue work on popularizing Abai's teachings in research centers and institutes being established in other neighboring countries.
