We present the Dahli Structural Model (DSM), a pre-metric ontological framework operat-ing at Layer Cbeneath the eective-model layer occupied by ΛCDM, CPL, f(R) gravity,and related parameterisations. The framework is built on the ReceptacleEssential Prin-ciple (REP), which decomposes every physical entity into a geometric receptacle R anda physical essential E. Applied to cosmology, REP yields a nite ontological state spaceof twelve modes arranged into three cosmic patterns (P1, P2, P3) governed by a Z2 × Z2duality group. Dark matter is identied with three collapsed spatial branes (pattern P2);dark energy with three collapsed energetic strings (pattern P3); and the cosmic vacuumwith the connected phase of the spatial brane bundle. From a single geometric ansatzlogarithmic homogeneity of structural tension across ℓP ≤ r ≤ R∞the model derivesλ = ln(R∞/ℓP)−1 ≈ 7.13 × 10−3 and wDE = −1 + λ/3 ≈ −0.9976 with wa = 0. A ge-ometric stability principle requires the existence of dark matter and dark energy, enforcesP i Ωi = 1, and xes |N | = 3. The cosmological-constant problem is argued to be a categoryerror. Five falsiable predictions are stated, the sharpest being σDM ≡ 0. An OntologicalTesting Framework with ve criteria is proposed for Layer-C evaluation.
