This study aims to analyze the level of consumer satisfaction towards retail stores in Tirupur City. The research focuses on various factors influencing consumer satisfaction such as product quality, pricing, availability of products, store location, customer service, promotional offers, and overall shopping convenience. Primary data for the study was collected through a structured questionnaire from customers visiting selected retail stores in Tirupur City. Secondary data was gathered from journals, websites, books, and previous research studies related to consumer satisfaction.
