Resolution of the Hubble tension (5 sigma disagreement between CMB and local H₀ measurements) via metric compilation derived from one axiom. The framework derives that resolution events create spacetime and that non-uniform structure accumulation deepens the local metric. The CMB measurement captures the metric at recombination (young, approximately uniform). The local measurement captures the metric after 13. 8 billion years of non-uniform compilation inside the Laniakea overdensity. Predicted DeltaH₀ = 5. 1 km/s/Mpc. Observed: 5. 6 km/s/Mpc. Zero free parameters. Three testable predictions: (1) apparent H₀ should correlate with structure density along each line of sight (Migkas et al. 2020 already shows directional anisotropy), (2) H₀ measurements at intermediate redshifts should show smooth transition not sharp jump, (3) H₀ measured through voids should be closer to the Planck value. Independent convergences with Buchert backreaction (2000-2025) and Wiltshire timescape model (2007-2024).
