This dataset contains experimental data from two rainfall-induced landslide model tests conducted on slopes with contrasting lithologies (granite and sandstone). The experiments were designed to investigate lithology-dependent hydro-mechanical responses and failure mechanisms under controlled rainfall conditions. The dataset includes multi-field monitoring data collected during the experiments, comprising: (i) volumetric water content (VWC), (ii) pore water pressure (PWP), (iii) earth pressure (EP), and (iv) displacement data derived from close-range photogrammetry (CRP), including side-view, top-view The dataset is organized into raw and processed data, including synchronized time-series measurements and derived kinematic parameters (displacement and velocity). These data support the analysis of infiltration processes, pore pressure evolution, stress redistribution, and progressive slope failure behavior. This dataset provides a basis for investigating the coupling between mineralogical composition, permeability structure, hydro-mechanical response, and landslide failure modes, and can be used for model validation, comparative studies, and further research on rainfall-induced landslides.
