Part II lists all qualitative physical results derived from the substrate action that are normally postulated in standard physics: Einstein's field equations, Schwarzschild and Kerr metrics, Lorentz symmetry, Schrödinger equation, Feynman path integral, Bell correlations, Hawking radiation, and the structural resolution of the cosmological constant problem. Observational validation across 12 independent probes (cumulative ΔBIC = +27. 1) is summarised. No new results; purpose is to exhibit scope and internal coherence across 42 papers.
