Contemporary fundamental physics is structurally exhausted: the pseudo-Riemannian continuum of General Relativity is ontologically incompatible with the stochastic, quantized nature of Quantum Field Theory, and the standard ΛCDM cosmology cannot accommodate the Hubble tension (>5σ), the structural anisotropy implied by the Big Ring (~1. 3 Gly) and the Giant Arc (~3. 3 Gly), or the persistent failure of WIMP detection. We present the Unified Theory of Algorithmic Quantum Gravity (UTAQG), in which the universe is reformulated as a deterministic, self-computing system — the Universal Computational Matrix (UCM) — realised on a discrete quantum hypergraph with diamond-cubic coordination. The Einstein metric tensor is replaced by an algorithmic Measure tensor μ_αβ, which acts as the operating system of the vacuum and as the dynamical operator of local computational bandwidth. Key results: - Lorentz invariance is derived as a topologically protected emergent property via discrete Chern and Seiberg–Witten invariants on the graph. - The Standard Model gauge group SU (3) × SU (2) × U (1) is obtained analytically from the Clifford algebra Cℓ (10) acting on cyclic routing paths. - The black hole information paradox is resolved through the Quantum Memory Matrix (QMM): horizons act as hardware clock-gating boundaries, Hawking radiation as unitary garbage collection. - Mass is reinterpreted as computational drag, providing the basis for the Information Transmutation of Mass (ITM) engineering programme. Three falsification protocols are formulated with explicit numerical thresholds: (i) a +20 dB/dec spectral comb in vacuum jitter PSD between 1 MHz and 1 GHz; (ii) recovery of the 42. 98″/century perihelion precession of Mercury and an algorithmic-gradient bound |∇μ₀₀| ≤ 1. 48 × 10⁻²⁷ m⁻¹ derived from the Pioneer anomaly; (iii) the Artemis lunar-clock impedance test.
