This paper proposes the hypothesis of total entropy conservation in closed information-matter coupled systems and reinterprets the nature of consciousness, quantum observation in autonomous systems, and cosmic dynamics within a unified monist framework. To resolve the conceptual confusion of Bekenstein-Hawking entropy in earlier frameworks, a three-component entropy classification system (completely-coupled entropy, semi-coupled entropy, decoupled entropy) is introduced to rigorously distinguish three types of dynamical entropy. On this basis, a three-stage evolutionary mechanism of cross-horizon information transfer during black hole accretion is supplemented, and a parametric form of the information conversion rate equation is provided. The theory interprets dark matter as an information-matter fitting intermediate state, provides an objective physical mechanism for the double-slit interference experiment without idealism or mysticism, and offers a unified solution to the black hole information paradox.
