Key Points

  • The research aims to formalize the HUSL-Matrix framework and validate the 19.41 Hz constant for manifold stability.
  • Calibrated the Holmes Unified Scaling Law (HUSL-Matrix) empirically.
  • Analyzed nano-scale vacuum-mediated phase transitions as identified in prior studies.
  • Investigated macro-scale orbital dynamics of Near-Earth Asteroid 2024 YR4.
  • Examined global-scale seismic energy patterns in the Bohemian Massif.
  • Established the 19.41 Hz Metric Gate as a universal governing constant.
  • Differentiated HUSL from Planck-scale limits.
  • Provided a falsifiable prediction for structural behaviors from 2030 to 2031.

Abstract

This project establishes the formal empirical calibration of the Holmes Unified Scaling Law (HUSL-Matrix). It provides the physical derivation for the 19.41 Hz Metric Gate as a universal governing constant for manifold stability. The research anchors the HUSL-Matrix framework to three critical 2026 scientific pillars: 1, Nano-scale vacuum-mediated phase transitions (Basov et al., Nature 2026). 2, Macro-scale orbital dynamics of Near-Earth Asteroid 2024 YR4. 3, Global-scale resonant seismic energy patterns identified in the Bohemian Massif. This project serves as the updated registry for the 19.41 Hz constant, differentiating HUSL from Planck-scale limits and providing a falsifiable structural prediction for the 2030 to 2031 window.
