Mobile health clinics have been introduced in Lagos to address maternal mortality gaps. Not applicable as this is a theoretical framework article. This theoretical framework provides foundational insights for policymakers and researchers aiming to enhance maternal healthcare services through mobile platforms. Further research should focus on long-term sustainability strategies and the scalability of mobile health initiatives in diverse settings.
