The comparative study focuses on the Algerian context within African jurisdictions, examining legal systems that may differ in terms of structure and application. This study employs a comparative analysis, drawing data from multiple Algerian regions to assess similarities and differences in legal systems across these areas. A key finding is the significant variation in court procedures between northern and southern Algeria, with procedural delays being notably higher in the south. This regional disparity affects judicial efficiency and public trust. The analysis highlights disparities that require policy attention to ensure equitable legal application across Algeria's regions. Recommendations include streamlining litigation processes in southern Algerian courts to reduce delays, thereby improving service delivery and increasing public confidence in the justice system.
