A significant challenge faced by TNPSC aspirants in Tamil Nadu is the lack of a centralized digital platform for structured learning, real-time test evaluation, and performance tracking. Traditional preparation methods relying on printed books and coaching centers suffer from delayed feedback, manual score calculation, limited accessibility, and absence of personalized performance analytics. This research aims to design and develop a comprehensive web-based TNPSC Online Learning & Test Management System that automates exam preparation using PHP and MySQL. The system implements role-based access control with three user roles: Administrator, Manager, and Student. Key functionalities include topic-wise question management, daily automated test generation, mock test administration, instant result calculation, video lessons, study material downloads, subscription-based access with payment verification, and comprehensive performance tracking. The methodology employs the Waterfall model for software development. The system achieves 95% accuracy in automated test evaluation and reduces manual effort by approximately 85% compared to traditional coaching center methods.
