Abstract

We present a unified framework in which the quantum vacuum is identified as a condensate of information. Starting from the Complex-Time Unified Field Theory (CTUFT), we show that the vacuum state corresponds to the minimum of a free energy functional that combines Fisher information and energy expectation. The information-geometric constraint P = 12 R couples the probability density of the quantum state to spacetime curvature, leading to a natural cancellation of the cosmological constant and leaving a residual dark energy density that matches observations. The vacuum is a dynamical information field with a nontrivial structure along the complex-time fibre, and all physical phenomena—matter, energy, forces, and spacetime—emerge as excitations or topological defects of this information condensate. We derive explicit predictions, including modified dispersion relations, violation of the equivalence principle, logarithmic corrections to black hole entropy, a time-dependent dark energy equation of state, gravitational wave echoes, and proton decay. All predictions are controlled by the single scale M_* = 1. 210^16\, GeV fixed by gauge coupling unification. A comprehensive table of predictions and their experimental status is provided. This work resolves the cosmological constant problem and establishes information as the ontological foundation of reality.
