Abstract

This paper presents the unified deterministic resolution of NP-Hard combinatorial optimization and complex quantum many-body systems using the ADH-LOGIC v9.5/v9.9 hardware engine. By applying a 12.4844g Vertical Pressure Lock on an ESP32-S3 node without any AI intervention, we achieved the supreme settlement of an 860km TSP optimal path, an 8-Spin Heisenberg Ring (-3.6515 J), and a 10-Spin 2D Ladder (-4.5124 J). The results, obtained with a consistent 0.000000% error rate, confirm the transition from probabilistic approximation to "Numerical Solidification" via hardware-level rectification. This physical evidence establishes a definitive benchmark for Numerical Sovereignty in the global computational landscape.
