Abstract

Aging is frequently accompanied by a paradoxical physiological state in which individuals experience chronic dehydration, tissue dryness, and declining cellular function despite adequate or increased water intake. This phenomenon, herein described as cellular water resistance, is increasingly observed alongside chronic low-grade inflammation, impaired cellular signaling, mitochondrial decline, and reduced autophagic capacity. This paper proposes a unified, natural, non-pharmacological framework to address these interconnected dysfunctions simultaneously. Rather than treating hydration failure, inflammation, or aging-related decline as isolated problems, the framework integrates structured hydration, signal-supported electrolyte modulation, inflammation downregulation, autophagy activation, and regulatory reset. The work synthesizes physiological principles, aging biology, and exploratory regulatory concepts to present a practical, pre-clinical intervention model aimed at restoring cellular receptivity, functional signaling, and systemic resilience.
