  • Mathematical analysis clarifies relationships between attack parameters and stability conditions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study presents a comprehensive framework for stabilizing nonlinear systems (NSs) under denial‐of‐service (DoS) attacks through a novel dual‐event‐triggered control (DETC) strategy that synergistically combines sampled‐data and impulsive control mechanisms. The framework integrates acknowledgment (ACK) signals to the DETC to identify DoS active and inactive intervals, while establishing sufficient stability conditions through the integration of DETC with Lyapunov stability theory and analysis of effective versus actual attack intervals. Our mathematical analysis reveals crucial relationships between attack parameters and system stability, demonstrating DETC's superior efficiency in reducing event triggers compared to single‐event‐triggered mechanisms while preventing Zeno behavior. Two detailed numerical examples validate the theoretical framework, confirming the DETC approach's effectiveness in maintaining system stability under DoS attacks and providing practical insights for implementation.
