Abstract

This paper formalises the DSCRI-ARGDW pipeline, a ten-gate model through which all digital content passes before generating user action in AI-mediated information retrieval systems. The ten gates — Discovered, Selected, Crawled, Rendered, Indexed, Annotated, Recruited, Grounded, Displayed, Won — are modelled as boolean checkpoints with cumulative confidence attenuation. The paper introduces Won-probability as the product of gate-pass probabilities, five formally defined Entry Modes for content ingestion, the Three Graphs functional correspondence (Entity Graph, Document Graph, Concept Graph), the Framing Gap as a structural signal deficit, and a diagnostic framework mapping nine transition failures to business impact categories. Validated against a longitudinal dataset of 73 million brand profiles and 25 billion data points tracked since 2015, with qualitative confirmation from engineers at Google and Microsoft Bing.
